What are the requirements and cost to attend?

OFFPRICE is a B2B marketplace serving the retail industry. The event is FREE to attend for all verified retailers, or buyers who have provided required credentials. To qualify, new buyers will be asked to provide official Employer ID# or FEIN#, and ONE of the following credentials:

  • Current Retail Business License or Certificate of Resale

  • Recent invoices for wholesale orders dated within the last six months

  • Link to an active e-commerce website with retail products listed

  • Credit reference sheet, listing companies you have purchased from

  • Official Letter of Intent from bank or attorney for new businesses

Attendees who do not qualify as retail buyers may be required to pay a registration fee. All registrations are subject to the discretion of OFFPRICE Show Management. For registration assistance, please contact us: register@offpriceshow.com

How do I register multiple buyers?


  • Register each attendee using a separate email address

  • Attach a copy of your business credentials to the registration for each attendee

  • Once our team has reviewed your registration and documents, your registrations will be approved

  • Confirmation emails will be sent to each attendee 


Additional staff from previously approved companies should register using a unique email address. Additionally, they will need to upload one of the following personal business credentials to verify their employee status:

  • Personalized business card matching company address

  • Corporate credit card issued in their name

  • Recently issued pay stub matching company address
    (Personal financial information may be redacted)

Please allow 3-5 days for new buyer registrations to be approved

How do I buy products?

OFFPRICE is an order-writing show, which means you should come ready to purchase wholesale products. Be sure to bring your credit card or proof of credit to write orders with suppliers. Ship dates and availability will vary depending on the vendor. We also recommend bringing copies of your retail credentials, which some exhibitors may request upon order.

Where do OFFPRICE products come from?

Our exhibitors' products come from a variety of places, depending on the seller you're working with. Many exhibitors manufacture their own merchandise in the current styles and trends, designed with cost in mind to offer you the best pricing. Other exhibitors acquire excess inventory and surplus merchandise from major retailers from the current season or purchase various quantities directly from the brand. All OFFPRICE exhibitors must pass an intensive screening process.

Will there be shuttle rides available?

Free shuttles are available to and from other Las Vegas Fashion Week events, including MAGIC (Las Vegas Convention Center) and WWIN (The Expo at World Market Center) during overlapping show dates. Shuttles will depart every 30 minutes from the Venetian Expo Transportation Area (last pick-up from OFFPRICE to shows is 6:00pm - you must find your own transportation back).

How can I check my coat or luggage?

Coat and bag check is located at the Venetian Expo Services Desk, just outside of registration. Daily and overnight storage available for a small fee. 

Where can I rent a handicap scooter?

Scooters can be reserved at the Business Center located in the Venetian Expo, or by contacting Desert Medical Equipment at (702) 876-9171 and www.dmelv.com

What types of food options are available onsite?

Visit the Bistro located at the back of the expo hall. Choose from a variety of food vendors including vegetarian and kosher options. Discounted lunch and coffee tickets are available for purchase during online registration or at the registration desk onsite.
