Attendee Resources
While You're Onsite
Make the most of your experience in Las Vegas
Arrive Early: Get in early to avoid crowds and lines into the event hall. Quiet periods in the morning or evening are great times to have intimate conversations with vendors. Pro tip: don't skip Day 3—this is when vendors are most likely to offer better deals for last minute orders. See Event Information
Print Your Badge: Find your confirmation email with your unique badge QR code. Find a Printing Kiosk to print your badge & grab a lanyard before heading to the event hall entrance to get your printed badge scanned for entry. See Attendee FAQs
Visit Co-Located Events: Discover even more at MAGIC, PROJECT, and SOURCING. Visit MAGIC to see what's trending for women's & children's, PROJECT for men's, and SOURCING for sustainable materials and technology. Explore More
Use the Event Planner App: Stay organized by making a personal agenda on the app. Favorite exhibitors, add education to your calendar, and schedule meetings with vendors based on your availability. Pro tip: use filters to narrow down exhibitors you're looking for—ie., search for 'Low Minimums' or 'Verified in Sustainability'. Download Now
Document Your Wishlist: Take photos (always ask for permission first) of the products you're interested in as well as another other product/inventory/shipping details so you can refer back to your notes after the event.
Go to Networking Happy Hours: Networking and relationship building are top objectives for attendees. Attend scheduled happy hours as networking opportunities to meet the entire supply chain. (Schedule Coming Soon)
- Create Content From Your Experience: As a brand or retailer, you should have a social media presence to boost your visibility. Whether you're on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp—post about your experience so your network of customers and peers can see how you're investing in your business.
After the Event
Follow up on your orders
Follow Up Immediately Post-Show: If you placed an order on-site, make sure to follow up with your vendor immediately after the event to make sure your order is prioritized. Create an order review checklist including steps like confirming delivery dates and shipping addresses, contact information, order quantities, and payment(s) made and accounts used.
Reconnect with New Connections: Every new connection is an opportunity waiting to be seized. Follow up with your potential new partners to keep the momentum and the connection strong.
Review Your App Activity: Recap your favorited exhibitors and products, sessions attended, and more from your app so you can keep track of any exhibitors you may have missed on-site and find their contact information.
Register for Future Events: If you enjoyed your experience at our events, make sure to get registered for future Las Vegas events. Registering early means you get the most up-to-date information about upcoming events and experiences. Check your inbox on Day 3 for a link to register for the next event.
- Recap and Rewind on Social Media: Check out OFFPRICE on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to see what you may have missed. Social channels like these are great places to network with groups of like-minded fashion professionals.
