When do I pay?
Guests will pay deposit equal to one-night's stay upon making the reservation. The remaining balance will be collected on-site at the hotel.

Are shuttles available?
Free shuttles are available to and from MAGIC and WWIN on August 8th and 9th. Shuttles depart every half hour from the Venetian Expo during show hours.
How do I reserve a handicap scooter?
Please be advised that we no longer provide scooter rentals through OFFPRICE. Scooters can be reserved at the Business Center located in the Venetian Expo, or by contacting Desert Medical Equipment at (702) 876-9171 and www.dmelv.com
Is Coat and Bag Check Available?
Coat and bag check is located at the Sands Expo Services desk, just outside of registration.
$6 per item checked.
$10 to store overnight.
