How do I reserve a room?

When do I pay?

Guests will pay deposit equal to one-night's stay at headline rate upon making the reservation. The remaining balance will be collected on-site at the hotel.

How can I confirm or ask questions about my reservation?

Reservations will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be confirmed by calling the hotel's reservation number 1-866-659-9645 or via the link provided in the confirmation email received after booking.

What's the cancellation policy?

Your one-night deposit will be forfeited if your reservation is cancelled within the 72 hours prior to your check-in date.  

Can I book directly through the hotel?

VENUE FAQ

What is the cost of parking at the venue?

The Venetian, The Palazzo, and The Venetian Expo are just 4.5 miles from McCarran International Airport -- about a 15-minute drive.

Parking garages are available at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The Venetian Expo parking is located in the underground garage of The Palazzo and the above-ground structure of The Venetian.

Self-parking is provided as a courtesy to guests of the resort. Valet parking is subject to a daily fee of $35.

Are shuttle rides available?

Free shuttles are available to and from MAGIC and WWIN on Monday, August 19 through Wednesday, August 21 between 8:30am and 6:00pm. Shuttles depart every half hour from the Venetian Expo, last pick-up begin 6:00pm.

Is coat and bag check available?

Coat and bag check is located at the Venetian Expo Service desk, just outside of registration. Daily and overnight storage available for a small fee.

How do I reserve a handicap scooter?

Please be advised that we no longer provide scooter rentals through OFFPRICE. Scooters can be reserved at the Business Center located in the Venetian Expo, or by contacting Desert Medical Equipment at (702) 876-9171 and www.dmelv.com

Do you offer discounted flights?

Unfortunately, OFFPRICE does not provide any discounted airline offers at this time.
