Safety and Hygiene

As we remain committed to helping our industry move forward, we take a moment to thank our OFFPRICE community for their support and perseverance.

This past year, OFFPRICE proved that in-person trade shows can take place safely and successfully during the pandemic. In 2022, we will continue to do everything in our power to ensure that retailers and vendors can make meaningful connections and grow their businesses.

Safety Measures

Before you arrive, we would like to make you aware of key top-line safety measures in place as well as best practices for you to follow.  These guidelines are based on current recommendations of health officials and local, state, and national authorities and are subject to change.

The state of Nevada requires all individuals to wear face masks while in indoor public spaces, regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status, which includes our trade show floor. Complimentary face masks are available at our registration desks before entering the show.

Increased cleaning & hygiene

The Venetian Expo, awarded the Safe Guard™ Hygiene Excellence and Safety Label, has increased the frequency of routine cleaning in public spaces and heart-of-house back areas. The show floor features individual sanitization stations that include hand sanitizer or sanitizing wipes. To improve air quality, the air conditioning systems are adjusted to circulate up to 100 percent outside fresh air. This means we have reduced the amount of air that is recirculated.

Our commitment to you

The health and safety of our Attendees, Exhibitors and Team Members will always be our highest priority and will guide every decision we make in the planning and scheduling of our events. We have developed the Trust OFFPRICE framework based on the operational guidelines produced by leading trade show industry bodies.
