OFFPRICE Magazine caught up with Leon Schneider, National Account Manager for Planet Sox, and asked him some questions about the company.
What makes Planet Sox special?
Having the ability to have dozens of major brands under one umbrella as well as a great company.
How did you get into the off-price business?
It’s a necessity in today’s economy. We meet buyer’s price points. With Planet Sox being an aggressive company “it was a perfect fit.”
How has your business grown over the past decade?
We’ve grown extremely well and are growing more each day.
What products are you featuring at the february OFFPRICE Show?
The most recent addition to our company is Esprit and Fila brands both in fashion and active wear.
What has been the value of OFFPRICE to your business?
It gives Planet Sox the opportunity to be in touch with buyers and present them with the latest fashions.
What has been the most rewarding part of Planet Sox for you?
Personally, it gives me great satisfaction that I helped with designing and selling many of our products that are carried in major department stores today….. and it’s selling!
